Two Shahrukhz Projects
Shahrukhz Residences vs Shahrukhz by Danube
Danube Properties has two projects carrying the Shahrukhz name. Shahrukhz by Danube is a 55-storey premium commercial office tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, launched in November 2025, which sold out on its launch day. Shahrukhz Residences by Danube is a separate residential tower on a different site, in Dubai Maritime City.
Because the residences followed the office tower, buyers often search for them as “Shahrukhz 2” or write the name as Shahrukh Residences. All of these refer to the waterfront residential project described on this website.
